It still amazes me how well my <strong><a href="http://www.fsbohelp.com">For Sale Buy Owner</a></strong> ebook is selling. We've been online since 1997 (when I decided to post the book while drinking beer with a friend at college homecoming. 

After many fits and starts... I've managed to create a full-time living online selling information. My <strong><a href="http://www.ebookfire.com">Ebook Affiliate Program</a></strong> now has over 5000 members... and it all started with a simple ebook based on my experience as a real estate agent.

The moral of this post is several-fold:
1. Everyone has at least one ebook in them...
2. Good information is timeless... especially if you stay away from the "make money" ebooks...
3. Act on a good idea (instead of doing what most people do... which is to let their good ideas go down the drain!)

With some minor maintenance, there is no reason why this ebook can't sell for at least another 7-10 years :-)
